Rescuetronics ran a repair counter in the Lewisville area for years. COVID closed the doors, and we came back mobile — we drive to the customer now instead of waiting for them to walk in. What never changed is the phone. It still rings every day with repairs we can't take: the wrong side of town, a day we're already full, a job that wants a counter we no longer have. We have no plans to open another store, and we keep marketing anyway, so those calls keep coming. They need somewhere to go, and we'd rather that was your shop than an apology.

We are not a marketing company that discovered repair. We ordered the parts, argued with the suppliers, and built the 4.8-star rating on our Google profile one repair at a time — more than 700 reviews, mostly screens and laptops turned around the same day. We have been doing this since the iPhone 3G, which is to say we know what a good shop looks like and what the customers we send you will expect.
We gave up the storefront in 2020 and we are not going back to one. Running mobile means there is a limit to how many repairs a day can hold, and no version of this where we quietly become the shop down the road from you. The bookings we can't take are worth more handed to a shop that can do them well than turned away.
Plenty of the calls we take are a symptom rather than a repair — it won't charge, it won't turn on, it went in the pool. Nobody can price that down a phone line, so we don't try, and plenty of those customers aren't ready to pay for a whole repair sight unseen either. We book them a $35 diagnostic instead and send them to you.
You inspect the device and tell the customer what it actually needs and what it costs before you start. Scan their QR code and $15 lands in your account that night — the $35 they paid, less our flat $20. The customer then sees the full $35 come off your repair price, so they are not charged twice for the same visit. That means the $20 is what the introduction costs you, once, and the repair itself is between you and them.
They pick the repair, pick your shop, and pay the full flat rate before they leave the house. You are not quoting, chasing or holding a slot for someone who may not turn up.
The code is valid for 30 days. You see the booking on your dashboard with the device, the repair and the time, so the part can be ready before they walk in.
Scanning the code at your counter releases the money. Your payout is the listed price minus a flat $20 per repair, deposited that night — not in thirty days.
Nothing to join, and no monthly fee while we are in early access. The only charge is a flat $20 per completed repair, taken out of a booking that was paid for before it reached you. You are never billed for a month in which nothing was booked.
Our rates are built on Mobile Sentrix parts pricing — the same catalogue most shops already order from — so the flat rate a customer pays is grounded in what the part actually costs, not a number we invented. Your full price list is in your dashboard as a PDF: every repair we list, what the customer pays, and what you take home after the $20. We recommend working from that sheet, and it is the price for anything booked through us.
We track refunds, completed repairs and what customers tell us afterwards, per shop. It's how a good shop gets more work sent to it, and it's how we notice the other kind. Coaching a customer to come back to us for a refund on work you did, or walking a booking off the platform once it's in your hands, is the fastest way off it. Do the repair well and the numbers take care of themselves.
We do. Every repair we list has one flat rate, the same at every shop on the platform, so a customer booking online knows what they will pay before they choose you. You see that rate, and what you take home after the $20 fee, before you opt in to a single repair.
The flat rate holds unless you find additional issues on inspection, and you explain those to the customer before doing any extra work. If the fault turns out to be something else entirely, you can convert the booking to a $35 diagnostic from your dashboard.
The night you scan the QR code. The customer has already paid in full, so the money is waiting — scanning is what releases it to your bank account.
No. You choose which repairs you offer, device by device, and you set your own opening hours and closed dates. Customers can only book what you have turned on, at times you are open.
You do, under your own warranty terms. You set the warranty length and what it covers during setup, and the customer is shown it when they book.
An email address, your shop address and hours, and a bank account for payouts through Stripe. Setup takes a few minutes, and a member of our team reviews every new shop before it goes into customer search.
