Yes. There is no monthly fee and no contract. Tickets, customers, inventory, invoices, reports and emails are free. The only charge is on card payments you take through Rescuetronics (3.7% + 15¢ with Tap to Pay, 3.9% + 30¢ for invoices paid online), which includes the card processing.
Yes. Take the card on your own machine and record it on the ticket as "Card" — no fee from us. The same goes for cash, Zelle, Cash App and anything else.

Yes. Log an IMEI or serial on any ticket; a 15-digit IMEI is checked for typos, and you can search tickets by it later.
